These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern the sale of apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products by A R Enterprises ("Company") to you through www.gogirgit.com. By using this website to purchase merchandise, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. We may modify these TOS from time to time — your continued use of the site after any changes signifies your agreement to the updated terms.

Pricing

  • All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of GST and applicable transaction fees.
  • Shipping is free for all prepaid orders within India.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a convenience fee of ₹59 per shipment applies.
  • Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders already dispatched.
  • If we discover a pricing error on your order, we will inform you immediately. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled and a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
  • Prices listed on Gogirgit.com are only applicable for purchases made through this website.

Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time is displayed on the order summary page at checkout.
  • An automated order confirmation email will be sent within 72 hours of placing your order, along with dispatch and tracking information.
  • Delivery may occasionally take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by email or SMS.
  • Delivery will be attempted once to the address provided. In case of a failed delivery, re-delivery charges as applicable by the courier partner will be borne by the customer.

Cancellations

  • We may not accept an order if we are unable to obtain payment authorisation or if items are out of stock.
  • If we are unable to deliver your order due to production or quality reasons, we will inform you by email and process a full refund.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for dispatch.

Returns, Exchange & Refund

For complete details on our return, exchange, and refund process, please refer to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. Key points:

  • All return and exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Reverse pick-up charges apply: ₹100 for up to 2 T-shirts, ₹200 for 1 Hoodie/Sweatshirt/Jogger.
  • Personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • Products purchased during special offers, sales, or BEST DEALS promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Damage due to neglect, improper use, or mishandling will not be covered under our returns policy.
  • Gogirgit.com shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control including acts of God, force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or courier-related incidents.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in connection with Gogirgit.com — including product designs, images, brand name, and logo — are owned absolutely by A R Enterprises / Gogirgit™. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A R Enterprises, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates from any third-party claims, liability, damages, or costs arising from your use of this website, your breach of these Terms of Service, or infringement of any intellectual property right.

Violation & Termination

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to terminate your access to the website if you violate these Terms of Service or any other applicable policies. You shall remain liable for any orders placed prior to termination.
