1. Submit your request above

2. Make sure your product is absolutely unused and the tags are intact. Pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit

3. Print the return slip emailed to you by our team and stick it on the outside of courier bag.

4. Handover the sealed bag to courier partner who will visit for pick-up within 48 hours.

5. Our team will process exchange order as soon as returned products reach us and pass quality check.
