At Gogirgit, every product is made with care and love. We want you to be completely happy with your order. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


Refund & Replacement

Q. When can I ask for a refund or free replacement?
A. You can request a refund or free replacement within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective or if we have made an error (wrong print, wrong product, manufacturing defect). Requests beyond 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Q. How will I receive my refund?
A. Refunds are credited to your Gogirgit Wallet as store credit or a gift card, which you can use for any future purchase on Gogirgit.com. The refund will be processed within 24–48 hours of us receiving and verifying the returned product.

Q. Can I get a refund to my original payment method (UPI, card, net banking)?
A. A refund to your original payment method is approved only in these specific situations:
— Product has a manufacturing defect or was received in damaged condition
— Items ordered by you are unavailable for fulfillment
— Your address falls in a non-serviceable PIN code and delivery cannot be completed

Q. Can I get a refund on a cancelled order?
A. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 working days. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, no refund is applicable since no payment was made at the time of ordering.

Q. I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
A. Once we initiate the refund, you will receive an email notification. After that, please allow 3–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your Gogirgit Wallet. For any queries, write to us at hello@gogirgit.com.


Return & Exchange

Q. How do I request a return or exchange?
A. Submit your request using our Return & Exchange Request Form. Make sure your request is submitted within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

Q. What is the exchange process?
A. Once your exchange request is approved:
1. Make sure the product is unused, unwashed, and tags are intact. Pack it securely.
2. Print the return slip emailed by our team and stick it on the outside of the courier bag.
3. Hand over the sealed bag to our courier partner who will visit for pick-up within 48 hours.
4. Once we receive the product and it passes quality check, we will process your exchange order.

Q. What are the reverse pick-up charges?
A. A nominal reverse pick-up fee applies and must be paid along with your exchange request:
— ₹100 for exchange of up to 2 T-shirts
— ₹200 for exchange of 1 Hoodie / Sweatshirt / Jogger

Q. Are products purchased during special offers or sales eligible for return or exchange?
A. No. Products purchased during special offers, sales, or promotional events are not eligible for return or exchange.

Q. Are international orders eligible for return or exchange?
A. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless an incorrect product has been delivered.


Personalised & Custom Orders

Q. Can I return or exchange a personalised or custom-made product?
A. Personalised and custom-made products (printed with your name, photo, or custom text) cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made exclusively based on your inputs. We take great care to ensure every personalised order is produced accurately and without errors.

However, if we have made an error in printing (wrong name, wrong design, wrong colour) or if the product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. In such cases, please write to us at hello@gogirgit.com with photos of the product within 7 days of delivery.

Q. What details should I double-check before placing a personalised order?
A. Please carefully verify all spellings, dates, names, and any custom text before confirming your order. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made as production begins immediately.


Defective or Wrong Product

Q. I received a wrong or defective product. What should I do?
A. We're sorry this happened! Please submit your request using our Return & Exchange Request Form along with clear photos of the product. Our team will arrange a reverse pick-up at no cost to you, and once we receive and verify the product, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.
