RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY
We truly believe in thoughts shared by our beloved Bapu, for us customer satisfaction and customer experience is utmost important and hence we have made such an awesome return policy so that it should be win-win for both of us..
- All returns must be in original and unused condition along with all original tags and packaging intact.
- It is mandatory that you raise a request HERE along with the reason for return or exchange within 7 days of having received your product.
- You are requested to pack the items carefully to prevent any loss or damage during transit in the process on reverse pick-up.
- In case of manufacturing defects, customers are requested to share proper and clear images to help team understand what went wrong and approve your request in a shortest possible timeline. We can process a replacement/ refund only after a verification process is completed.
- We advise our customers to make an unboxing video at the time of receiving their orders so that their grievances can be resolved smoothly.
- Exchanging of product can be acceptable only for changing the different size of same product you purchased.
- NOTE: Color of the delivered products might slightly vary from the photographs you see.
- Please select your product sizes based on our given size chart to avoid delays/ cost incurred in exchanging your items.
- For products without any manufacturing defect/ fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges/ claims for Refund.
What are the terms and conditions for refund?
- You can ask for a refund/ free replacement against any of your order within 7 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective/ wrong
- All refunds will be credited in your Gogirigt Wallet as store credit/ gift card which you can use to shop on Gogirgit.com
- If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access your account.

How long the refund procedure takes?
- The refund procedure will be initiated within 24-48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your Gogirgit wallet as store credits or gift card exclusively for you will be provided.
How will I receive my refund?
- We will either issue credits in the Gogirgit e-wallet or share a exclusive Gift card which can be utilized on a future purchase on Gogirgit.com
I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
- We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
- If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete. This usually takes anywhere between 3-7 working days.

NOTE 1: All the products brought with a coupon or gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
NOTE 2: Customized/ Personalized Products, Couple Hoodies & Couple T-shirts are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
Question - How do I return or exchange my products?
Answer - We at GOGIRGIT.COM strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However, if you receive an incorrect/ wrong product or if you ordered a wrong size and want to exchange you can submit your request HERE
- If you are shipping an item back to us without written approval/ communication from us, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Products purchased during special offers are not eligible for return/ exchange.
- International orders are not eligible for return / exchange unless an incorrect product has been delivered.
Question - What is Gogirgit Exchange policy?
Answer - You can submit your return request within 7 days of the delivery. Once approved, as the case may be we will either replace the wrong items or offer Gogirgit credits/ gift card that can be used on a future purchase on GOGIRGIT.COM

Answer - We offer a reverse pick-up facility to ease our customers, for which we charge a nominal fees of ₹120 only (upto 500 grams) - You can click HERE and make payment after your return/ exchange request is approved by Gogirgit team.
Question - Can GOGIRGIT.COM refund money back to my original payment method?
Answer - REFUND can be approved only in the following conditions...
- Product has manufacturing defect/ received in damaged condition
- Items ordered by you are unavailable for fulfillment
- If your address falls in the list of non-serviceable PIN codes and we are unable to successfully complete delivery
Question - Will I have to pay for exchanging the products?

Question - I have received a wrong / defective product. How do I proceed?
Answer - Submit your request HERE along with images of the product, to help our team understand what went wrong. Incase the fault is at our end we will arrange for a reverse pickup and once we have received the product, we will Refund or Exchange as the case may be.
Question - Can I get a refund on a cancelled order?
Answer - Customer must cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order. Refund in such cases will be processed back to same mode of payment used by you while placing order within 10 working days.
