      Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. We have a no questions asked policy for any returns or exchanges made in their original condition within seven (7) days since you have received the order. In case of any returns that are approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to the customer within 21 business days upon receipt of the return package in its original condition, along with the tag intact. Only the amount of your product will be returned. Transaction and shipping fees are not refundable. The amount will be refunded to your bank account.

      NOTE 1: All the products brought with a coupon or gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable. 

      NOTE 2: Stickers, Posters, and Phone Cases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable. 

      How will I receive my refund?

      • If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue Gogirgit Credits or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit your Net-Banking account. Gogirgit Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
      • If the payment made was by Cash on Delivery, we can only issue Gogirgit Credits which can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.

      How do I initiate a return/ exchange?

      It is mandatory that you raise a request from along with the reason for Exchange within 7 days of having received your product. Once we have approved your return request, you will be required to ship your product back to us at:

      Upon receiving the product back in its original condition along with its tag intact, and Quality Check, we shall then initiate your refund or exchange as per your request. We would require a further 5-10 Business Days to process your exchange. We typically wire it back into your bank account. 

      How do I send the product back?

      You can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post. Most courier companies will be willing to pick it up from your address.

      Can arrange for the product to be picked up from my address?

      No, we do not offer this service at the moment.

      Will I have to pay for returning the products?

      Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us.

      We will reimburse you Rs. 50 as pick-up charges only in the following condition.

      • Product damaged when received 

      I have received a wrong/ defective product. How do I proceed?

      Please send us images of the product on our official mail id i.e., and our Customer Care Executive will get back to you .You have to send the product back to our address using the same process mentioned above. 

      Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?

      If you want to cancel your order, please send us a mail at within 12 hours from placing your order and we will guide you through the process.
