      • We have a no questions asked return policy for any returns made in their original condition within two (2) days since you have received the order.
      • All returns must be in original and unused condition along with all original tags and packaging intact.
      • It is mandatory that you raise a request from https://return.clicksit.com/shop/gogirgitcom along with the reason for return or exchange within 2 days of having received your product.
      • You can send product/s back to us via a cost-effective and reliable courier company or registered post. You are requested to pack the items carefully to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Please share shipping and tracking details to hello@gogirgit.com with your Order ID.
      • For exchange, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to exchange and then avail the credit note/ coupon which you will be provided on your registered email id to place the order for the new product once we get the courier sent by you.
      • In case of manufacturing defects, customers are requested to share an image/ video of the product received for verification purpose. We can process a replacement/ return only after a verification process is completed.
      • We advise our customers to make an unboxing video at the time of receiving their orders so that their grievances can be resolved smoothly.
      • Exchanging of product can be acceptable only for changing the different size of same product you purchased.
      • NOTE: Color of the delivered products might slightly vary from the photographs you see. 
        *For exchange, customer need to pay for about minimum of Rs.60 or as per the actual delivery charges (For delivering the new product). Please select your sizes based on our given size chart to avoid these expenses.
      • For products without any manufacturing defect/ fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges. 
      • Only the purchased amount will be refunded as a credit note or discount coupon to the customer.


      What are the terms and conditions for refund?

      • You can ask for a  exchange or refund that means you will get store credit or credit note against any of your order within  2 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are received in good and original condition.
      • The purchase amount will be refunded to the customer within 10 business days upon receipt of the return package in its original condition, along with the tag intact. Refund of shipping and COD charges will not be refunded.
      • You will be issued a Credit Note as store credits which you can use to buy on GOGIRGIT.COM with limited validity.

      • In case of refund to original bank account, we will deduct Rs.75 for return and Balance money will be refunded to your bank account.(Refund will be done once the product reaches our warehouse). The deducted amount will be converted as a gift card worth of Rs.75.00 when you purchasing next time.  This is to avoid fake buyers, who make orders , photograph themselves and then return.

      What are the rules for courier charges refund?

      • We will reimburse you Rs. 50 (per 500 gram) as courier charges only if the product supplied to you was wrong or was received by you in damaged condition.
      • For example, a single t-shirt piece weighs around 250 grams which if returned would give you a cashback of Rs.50 in your account.
      • Kindly keep an eye on courier cost so that it won’t go beyond our stipulated cashback rate.
      • We suggest you to dispatch product through India post/ speed post as it has wide network.
      • Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.
      • We will refund the amount within 48 hours after receiving and getting quality check done of the product. A unique credit note/ coupon will be provided on your registered email id which you used while placing order.

      Can I cancel my order before it is shipped out?

      If you want to cancel your order, please send us an email on hello@gogirgit.com within 24 hours from placing your order and we will guide you through the process.

      How will I receive my refund?

      • If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue Gogirgit Credits or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit your Net-Banking account. Gogirgit Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
      • If the payment made was by Cash on Delivery, we can only issue Gogirgit Credits which can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
