Yes, we charge INR 69/- so that we can arrange to ship via air, in this case we may need 3-5 days for delivery.
Note : Incase of express shipping we try our best to deliver the product within the committed timeline depending upon pin codes, however, if the shipment gets delayed because of any natural calamities, government restrictions or due to some unavoidable production or logistic delays, only the express shipping charges would be refunded.

Customized or Personalized Products are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
Couple t-shirts and couple hoodies are not eligible for return and refund. You can only exchange them by paying respective exchange fees.
Yes, it is free for products weighing upto 500 grams i.e., upto 2 t-shirts. ₹100- is charged for every additional 500 grams you wish to return or exchange.
Example 1: If you wish to exchange 4 t-shirts first 500 grams will be FREE and ₹100- will be charged for additional 2 t-shirts.
Example 2: If you wish to exchange 1 hoodie since it is weights 600 grams ₹100/- will be charged for the exchange & ₹200/- for two hoodies.
We issue gogirgit store credits within 24 hours after successful completion of your return with a validity of 180 days

When you opt for COD what happens is collection of money needs to be done through our courier partner like delhivery or bluedart and they charge us as cash handling fees. Now if we include this amount in product price like others our customers who prefer online payment will end up paying extra everytime which is unfair.
