At Gogirgit, we take great care to pack and dispatch every order on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India for all prepaid orders (UPI, card, net banking).
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A convenience fee of ₹59 per shipment applies for all COD orders.

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across India. A convenience fee of ₹59 is charged per COD shipment. This fee is non-refundable.

Delivery Time

We process and dispatch most orders within 1–2 working days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 days from order date
  • Rest of India: 5–7 days from order date

Please note:

  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Orders placed after 11:30 AM on a working day are processed the following working day.
  • For personalised and custom-made products, please allow additional 1–2 days for production before dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public disturbances. We will keep you informed in such cases.

Order Tracking

Will I Receive My Entire Order in One Package?

Most orders are dispatched in a single package. However, in some cases — depending on the products ordered — your order may arrive in multiple packages. All packages for a single order are dispatched together wherever possible.

Can I Change My Order After Placing It?

International Shipping

International shipping is not available as a standard checkout option on Gogirgit.com. However, if you are an international customer and wish to place an order, we can ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Shipping charges will be calculated based on order quantity, weight, and volumetric charges at actuals.
