      Q. HOW DO I CHECK THE CURRENT STATUS FOR MY ORDER?

      We take 2 working days to process your orders for printed t-shirt or printed accessories since every single product gets printed exclusively after your order is recieved. Even though we try to ship your order the same day it's printed and ready to ship as we're also super excited about it, sometimes your order may take another 24hrs time for dispatch from our production unit. As soon as your order has been dispatched from our production facility, you will get a confirmation text message as well as email along with your product tracking information.

      Q. WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

      We generally ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Usually it takes 7-10 business days. Estimated Delivery time also depends on the destination to which you want the order to be shipped.

      Q. TELL ME YOUR DELIVERY PROCESS?

      All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. We send email and text message when we dispatch your consignment and will provide you with a Tracking number. Our courier partners may call you while they are out for delivery to ensure you don't miss to receive your favourite product.

      Q. CAN I GET FASTER DELIVERY?

      As we chant customer satisfaction, exceptions are possible at times. Just contact us before placing your order and we shall suggest quicker delivery options with/ without additional cost depending on your delivery location.

      Q. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM, IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

      OK! we understand you may have genuine reasons to do that. Please let us know what went wrong by raising a return request here: https://return.clicksit.com/shop/gogirgitcom and our customer care executive will guide you ahead.

      Q. CAN YOU ACCEPT CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT ORDERS?

      Yes !! Since we print only after your confirmed order we can consider your requests on this line. Feel free to discuss your thoughts with us & we will try to bring them to life on your favourite products with the help of our in-house design team.

      Q. WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS YOU ACCEPT AT GOGIRGIT.COM?

      As of now we have temporarily disabled COD (Cash On Delivery) to encourage digital transactions. Our payment gateway partner RAZORPAY supports all secure and safe online payment methods like Visa/ Master Credit Card, Debit Card, Net or Internet Banking, Wallets like PayTM & more in India. Whichever online payment method you pick, you can be rest assured that GOGIRGIT's trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

      Q. ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES ON GOGIRGIT.COM?

      NOT AT ALL! You will only pay price listed on every product after discount if any. We have listed prices that are all-inclusive. Prepaid orders enjoy free delivery & once COD is active respective fees have to be paid extra depending on the shipping policy.

      Q. WHAT IS CASH ON DELIVERY?

      This option is currently unavailable. However once active & if you are not comfortable making an online payment on GOGIRGIT.COM, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-O-D) payment method instead. It is available for most pincodes. With COD you can pay in cash as and when the order arrives at your door-step. For COD orders a flat rate of Rs.100 will be charged. COD is not eligible for orders above Rs. 1999/-

      Q. HOW DO I PAY USING A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?

      We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

      Q. IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON GOGIRGIT.COM?

      Your online transaction on GOGIRGIT.COM is 100% secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. We use 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing. All credit card and debit card payments on GOGIRGIT.COM are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

      Q. WHAT STEPS DOES GOGIRGIT.COM TAKE TO PREVENT CARD FRAUD?

      As a responsible e-commerce platform we understand the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability. We and our online payments partner RAZORPAY monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our customer care team. In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions.

      Q. WHAT IS A 3D SECURE PASSWORD?

      The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the Verified by VISA and Mastercard SecureCode services, respectively. The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.
