      We may need 5-10 days from the date of order, depending on product ordered by you, delivery pincode and complexity involved in processing your order and getting the same delivered at your doorstep.

      We can only cancel orders if request is received within 12 hours via email on hello@gogirgit.com or "contact us "form

      Payment Mode

      We use secure and trusted third-party payment processing services to process all credit/debit card payment transactions. These payment intermediaries are PCI-compliant, which is the most stringent level of certification standard that ensures all cardholders’ data is stored, processed, and transmitted securely by using the industry-standard encryption technology.  

      Our payment gateway partner RAZORPAY supports all secure and safe online payment methods like Visa/ Master Credit Card, Debit Card, Net or Internet Banking, Wallets like PayTM & more in India. Whichever online payment method you pick, you can be rest assured that GOGIRGIT's trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. 

      Shipping & Tracking

      The product delivery takes anywhere between 7-10 days depending on your location. 

      We can do the same, depending on your delivery location. We may need 3-5 days & we charge INR 65/- per product.

      We currently ship All Over India. For shipping outside of India, please reach out to our customer support through email  

      Return Policy

      • Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. 
      • For hygiene purpose, we may reject returns or exchange if we find that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. 
      • In case of manufacturing defects, customers are requested to share an image/ video of the product received for verification purpose. We can process a replacement/ return only after a verification process is completed 
      • If you have to exchange anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be exchanged. There will not be any partial exchange accepted for this.
      • To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including masks, joggers, shorts ,sweat-activated t-shirts, etc. . Gogirgit.com may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply. 
      • We will reimburse you Rs. 50 (per 500 gram) as courier charges only if the product supplied to you was wrong or was received by you in damaged condition. 
      • Exchanging of product can be acceptable only for changing the different size of same product you purchased.
      • For products without any manufacturing defect/ fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges.

      1. Raise your exchange or return request here within 7 days of having received your product with reason and items needed in exchange. 
      2. Once your request gets approved which should not take more than 24 hours, we arrange for a reverse pick-up of these products.
      3. Products have to clear quality check upon receipt at our end to ensure product is unused and not damaged.
      4. Exchange or refund will then be processed accordingly (This may take anywhere between 5-7 days)

      Refund Policy
